The Saluda Grade Trail Conservancy is conducting a Feasibility Study to assess the possibility of converting the Saluda Grade rail corridor into a greenway trail. As part of this study, we are gathering input from the community about the proposed greenway trail.

The SC State Legislature recently included $10 million in the 2023-2024 budget towards the purchase of the Saluda Grade Trail, which will run through Northern Spartanburg and Greenville Counties into the mountains of Western NC.
